Within 30 days of the invoice date, items may be returned in resalable condition for a full refund or credit of the purchase price.
We ship promptly, pack carefully and provide tracking information. Let us know if your item doesn't arrive in 14 days. (Usually it's much faster, but weather and other factors we can't control sometimes cause delays.)
Let us know ASAP (in any case, during the 30 day "window") at 805.962.8087 | firstname.lastname@example.org if a defect or misshipment (wrong item!) is involved to resolve any issue.
In extraordinary cases, at our discretion, a restocking fee may apply.
Please follow these three steps:
• Obtain return authorization by calling 805-962-8087, fax 805-962-5087 or email Books@specialneedsproject.com.
• Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or show signs of wear.
• Ship the package to us by trackable means (using UPS and FedEx, for example). To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by trackable means such as UPS or FedEx. If the item is valued at more than $100, we suggest insuring the parcel.
