In this book students examine pictures and are asked to make inferences about what might have happened in each one.
Sentence pages pose "what?" or "where?" questions and then answers its. (Example) "what did she spill?" Answer: "She spilled the milk." As an added reasoning activity, students are then asked "why?" the activity might have occurred. All sentences use pronouns and action verbs in the past tense.
Though developed in a special education program, these interactive books for children have proven to be equally powerful learning aids for kindergarten reading and all beginning readers.
These interactive reading books are in compliance with California State Standards and meet or exceed educational standards in many other states.
