Appropriate school behaviors are very difficult for some young students to learn.

By knowing what to expect at school young learners are more apt to enjoy the school environment and therefore be better students. The first sentence of each page expresses a need. (Ex.) "I need to go to the bathroom." What do I do? The correct behavior is illustrated in two colorful pictures that the student chooses and attaches to the proper squares. (Answer) "I ask the teacher if I can go." "I come right back to the class when I'm done." This book is a must for pre-school and kindergarteners.

Even though Interactive Reading Books were developed in a special education program, these interactive books for children have proven to be equally powerful learning aids for kindergarten reading and all beginning readers!

Interactive Reading Books are in compliance with California State Standards and meet or exceed educational standards in many other states.

34 pages. 2006
